Job Title: Laboratory Analyst Job Function: Analytical Therapy Area/Industry: Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology PAYE – 11 month contract Job Description: Proclinical is seeking a Laboratory Analyst to support the operation of the laboratory function. This role involves performing analyses, ensuring compliance with GxP and Health and Safety legislation, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities: – Perform required analyses and enter data into company systems. – Check colleagues\’ work for accuracy. – Conduct equipment performance checks and calibrations. – Create, review, and update laboratory documentation. – Participate in audits, safety inspections, and continuous improvement activities. – Communicate effectively with team members, managers, and external suppliers. – Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to test results, instrument failures, and system errors. – Provide training and coaching to new and established staff. – Maintain good housekeeping standards and ensure safe handling of materials.
