JMC Aviation is working with a Maintenance Repair Organisation based in Oxford, looking to recruit a new Planning Engineer to join their team. This MRO is a leading private aviation entity, specialising in both fixed wing and rotorcraft operations. This is a Permanent Position based in Oxford, UK. Working onsite, Monday to Friday.
Competitive salary:
- Bonus scheme – performance based in line with performance reviews
- 22 days annual leave entitlement + bank holidays – increases every year in the business up to 25

Responsibilities:
- Draft logbook certificates in accordance with regulatory standards
- Integrate operator maintenance programmes into MRO software systems
- Provide planning support throughout the maintenance lifecycle
- Drive improvements in planning processes, including time booking and work pack completion
