O&M Manager

I am looking for an O&M Manager to join a renewable energy business, leading across offshore wind, onshore wind, and solar. They are now looking for an O&M Manager to lead the operational phase of an Offshore Wind Farm east of Scotland, working from a new, state-of-the-art facility. The Opportunity: Lead the day-to-day operations and maintenance of a major offshore wind farm, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant performance. Manage and develop a high-performing site team focused on operational excellence and strong health, safety, and environmental standards. Plan and deliver maintenance strategies. Oversee HV operations and develop the site’s HV system O&M strategy in line with fleet-wide standards. Deliver 24/7 site monitoring, emergency response readiness, and control activities. Manage operational budgets and drive site commercial performance. Build strong relationships with contractors, grid operators, and internal stakeholders. Develop, review, and implement operational procedures to ensure best practice and compliance. Support longer-term asset management strategies including turbine performance analysis and major maintenance campaigns. Represent the project externally at operational forums, tradeshows, and client meetings. #J-18808-Ljbffr
