This is your chance to join our civils team for a rapidly expanding Fibre Networking company with big growth ambitions. Our company was recognised in the UK Fibre Awards 2024 as the best vendor/supplier 2024 and following on from our successful bids, we are looking to fill a range of roles in Staffordshire and the surrounding areas. It’s a fantastic opportunity for qualified and experienced civils gangs to join our growing company.
You will be working alongside our fibre engineers and cabling teams, which are supported by our in-house traffic management operatives. Experience is essential for this role and we are looking for a team with their own kit to work on a price basis. Fibre Networking Solutions Ltd has partnered with some of the UK's leading Fibre ISPs (Internet Service Providers) to bring best-in-class technology to their business, ensuring their network is fully supported enabling them to deliver a seamless experience.
Job Details:
- You’ll be challenged with rewarding assignments including excavations, repairs, and maintenance, including both hot and cold lay reinstatement on public highways and on private land.
- You will be required to install ducting, chambers, frame, and cover replacements.
- Supporting our fibre engineers and cabling teams.
- You will be working outside in all weathers so can’t be too afraid of getting a little wet; if you are interested in joining the growing team, we just ask that you are a team player, dynamic, able to manage your own workload, and willing to learn.
- A driving license is essential due to the nature of this role.
- Flexibility to work overtime, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. Overtime is paid at an additional rate.
