About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Brand and Digital professional to provide maternity coverage for our Team Lead position. This strategic role will drive the brand enhancement and digital initiatives during a crucial implementation phase of our enhanced brand strategy, while managing our expanding digital ecosystem.
Job Responsibilities:
- Brand Implementation & Engagement
- Spearhead the implementation of enhanced brand architecture framework, including:
- Brand attribution framework deployment
- New design system rollout for sub-brands
- Development of comprehensive brand manifesto
- Creation of practical implementation playbooks
- Targeted training workshops
- Brown bag sessions
- Stakeholder engagement initiatives
- Digital Platform Leadership
- Co-lead the corporate website management
- Orchestrate content strategy and user experience improvements across the digital ecosystem
- Drive the enhancement and integration of digital touchpoints
- Develop and implement SEO strategy across web assets
- Continue to shape and execute TechNews content strategy and growth with the support of SEO/content agency and freelance writers
- Oversee end-to-end CRM implementation, including:
- System architecture and workflow design
- User adoption and training
- Database management and optimisation
- Manage quarterly brand health tracking initiatives / research
- Translate data insights into actionable communications and content strategies
- Implement comprehensive tracking and attribution systems across digital platforms
- Design measurement frameworks for digital initiatives
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications or other relevant field of studies.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in digital marketing and brand management.
- Experience in large-scale brand implementation projects, digital platform management, training and change management, and team leadership.
- Immediate starters are preferred.
- Able to commit for 6-months maternity cover.
