As an Events Executive, this is a brilliant opportunity for a commercially minded events professional to join a dynamic Brand Engagement & Customer Experience team. You’ll help shape and deliver high-quality internal and external events that support business development and client engagement.
Responsibilities of the Events Executive:
- Lead the planning and execution of client-focused events and hospitality from concept to feedback
- Manage event logistics, budgets, venues, suppliers and on-site coordination across Somerset and Devon
- Collaborate with legal and marketing teams to create engaging, strategic event content
- Identify opportunities for new events and represent the company at key external industry functions
Requirements for the Events Executive:
- Minimum of 2 years’ event management experience, ideally within a professional services environment
- Strong commercial awareness and a keen understanding of the South West events landscape
- Excellent planning, organisational, and interpersonal skills, with confidence working across all levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
