A Sous Chef is required to join the team of chefs working in the kitchen of a Retirement Village on a temporary basis. It is essential that you have had a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) completed within the last year and a Current Level 2/3 Food Safety Certificate. The restaurant has a good reputation for quality dining and is open to owners, their family and friends, and club members. In this role of Sous Chef, you will be expected to assist in the running of the kitchen and develop your managing skills.
