We are looking for an experienced and passionate Room Senior to join our East Finchley Nursery. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-quality early years education provider, offering a nurturing, engaging, and stimulating environment where children LEARN, PLAY, and GROW. This role requires a Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years. We believe in supporting both children and our staff by fostering a positive and professional workplace.

Your Role

  • Plan and deliver engaging activities tailored to infants' developmental needs
  • Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment in line with EYFS standards
  • Monitor and celebrate children's developmental milestones
  • Communicate effectively with families to build positive relationships
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high-quality care and learning environments
  • Ensure compliance with EYFS, safeguarding, and child protection policies

What We’re Looking For

  • Full and Relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
  • Previous experience working within an Early Years setting - ideally as a Room Leader, Nursery Nurse, Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator or similar
  • Understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage, Safeguarding and Child Protection
  • Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to excellence
