Your Team
Global pricing team responsible for independent valuations for a wide array of assets held across Invesco portfolio.
Your Role
Supports pricing of alternative assets (Private Credit and Private Equity). Provides pricing and valuation reports to investment manager, Valuation Committee, External Fund Administrators, and other interested stakeholders.
You Will Be Responsible For:
- Review and updating valuation models to value private securities
- Assess publicly available data on comparable securities, and market data such as interest rates and growth assumptions
- Review inputs and valuation provided by external valuation advisers
- Contribute to the improvement of the daily pricing process
- Assist in the documentation of pricing procedures and reports
- Provide assistance to fund auditors and be point of contact for questions related to private securities valuation
- Complete special projects as required.
The Experience You Bring:
- Minimum 1 year finance, accounting or economics experience in the securities/investment industry is preferred with an understanding of private markets.
- Must have a solid understanding of accounting and financial principles as it applies to valuations.
- Must be able to utilize computer equipment and software, specifically spreadsheet applications.
- Knowledge of market data services like ICE, Bloomberg or Refinitiv is a plus.
