In preparation for future Principal vacancies, Nord Anglia are seeking to develop and maintain a global talent pool of potential candidates. When a new Principal appointment is confirmed, candidates with the right level of experience in the Principal Talent Pool will be invited to apply. Responsibilities

  • Drive the marketing and admissions process of their school with passion and a focus on quality that grows the number of students;
  • Understand that leading learning is at the heart of school leadership;
  • Collaborate and build high performing teams, and be able to inspire, motivate and develop sustainable relationships with all members of their school community;
  • Demonstrate a flair for attracting, retaining and developing talent;
  • Manage financial budgets with astuteness and engage and contribute successfully to the wider organisation;
  • Engage with students, teachers, parents and community leaders in a manner that is open, inclusive and conveys the values of the organisation and school.
