We’re looking for a detail-oriented Senior Marketing Operations Manager with strong organizational skills and a background in marketing operations excelling at establishing efficient workflows, collaborating across teams, and driving operational excellence. How you’ll make your mark:
- Marketing automation operations: Oversee email systems processes, operations, and reporting.
- Campaign Management Processes: Manage campaign documentation and process improvements.
- Reporting and Metrics: Define and monitor essential metrics, such as campaign ROI, customer engagement rates, and operational efficiency. By regularly analyzing these metrics, you’ll identify trends, inform decisions, and optimize processes to support Yoast’s marketing performance goals.
- Metrics and Reporting: Collaborate with BI and data teams to establish performance metrics, evaluate marketing effectiveness, and support activations.
- Operational Rhythm: Maintain the marketing operating rhythm through regular meetings, reporting structures, and knowledge management.
