The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.

This role is known for executing the business plan; by having the right car, in the right place, at the right time, and through fluid and agile management of the car park and ready line to ensure effective customer service flow.

A Day in the Life: To ensure every mechanical fault on our vehicles are dealt with timely and efficiently. The correct car is available for the demand of our customers, and supporting the flow of customers by doing this.

What You’ll Do:

  • Responsible for all o/c vehicles that come into location on their shift.
  • Updating of MARS to ensure all vehicles are in the correct status.
  • Working with the fleet manager & Multi location manager ensuring the correct fleet is ready for customers.
  • Manages all body shop requests and on site maintenance.
  • Processes all off site dealership bookings.
  • Contributes to department performance by meeting key metrics such as non rev management.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Level of experience in fleet co-ordination preferred.
  • Moderate proficiency in Excel, Word & Outlook.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions and locations.
  • Ability to influence.
  • Flexible and adaptable; ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
