This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about maintaining high service availability while ensuring the smooth operation of ICT infrastructure., As an ICT Operations Analyst, you will be the backbone of our ICT operations, responsible for:

Monitoring & Management: Proactively and reactively manage alerts, ensuring that system performance and availability parameters are met.

Incident Response: Provide timely responses to incidents and requests, escalating as needed to maintain service levels.

Collaboration: Work alongside the wider ICT team to share best practises and provide technical guidance to staff.

Problem Identification: Identify and analyse trends within the ICT estate, collaborating with the problem manager for root cause analysis.

Operational Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance tasks, ensuring all documentation is current and operational processes are followed.

Capacity Management: Advise on capacity requirements and ensure adequate file storage is available., * Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in monitoring tools such as Azure, ServiceNow, Solarwinds, SCOM, and SCCM.

Proactive Approach: An analytical mindset with experience in supporting both on-premises and cloud services.

ITIL Familiarity: Knowledge of ITIL event and access management processes.

Team Player: Proven ability to work effectively in a team with minimal supervision.
