Are you a proactive and people-focused HR professional looking for a flexible opportunity? We’re looking for an experienced HR Manager to join an early stage Technology business on a part-time basis, 3 days per week.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement and culture development
- Support managers with performance management and employee development
- Review and update HR policies and procedures in line with best practices
- Manage HR compliance and maintain accurate employee records using the HRIS
- Champion a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner
- Previous experience in a stand alone HR Manager role
- Start up / scale up environment experience
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above preferred)
