Environments & Release Manager

Are you an experienced professional in environment and release management with a passion for driving DevOps excellence? We are looking for a talented Environments & Release Manager to join our Technology & Change Team in Walsall. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in optimizing our platforms and enabling seamless software delivery. What You’ll Do Develop and maintain environment roadmaps , focusing on automation , efficiency , and cost reduction . Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate environment provisioning, implementation and optimisation of CI/CD pipelines. Oversee end-to-end application release management, from development to production, guiding the implementation of modern DevOps practices to streamline processes and minimize downtime. Drive automation initiatives by leveraging tools like Terraform , Azure DevOps , Kubernetes , and Docker to enhance deployment efficiency and environment stability. What You’ll Bring Cloud and DevOps Expertise : Hands-on experience with Azure , Kubernetes , Terraform , CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code. Strong planning, organizational, and stakeholder management skills to ensure environment and application release coordination across multiple teams and technologies.
