Global Retailer, headquartered in London, are currently looking for a Senior Property Accountant. This role will pay £35k-£40k, into the Head of Property Accounts and will partner landlords and internal teams across the business. This is a world class, global retail business and is coming at an exciting time to join the business. There are huge opportunities for the successful candidate to grow and develop their career in an industry leading business.
Main Responsibilities:
- Monthly, quarterly and annual reporting for all leased buildings including P&L, balance sheet.
- Assist with property accounts for overall company financial statements.
- Working with Head of Property Accounts to prepare and review budget and forecasts for all UK properties (100+).
- Working closely with Property Managers and acting as Lease Accounting expert on all matters.
- Reconciliation and management of all lease payments.
Candidates must be / have:
- Part Qualified accountant / accounting experience.
- An understanding of, and experience, working in a Property Accounting role in a multi-site business.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
