As a Payroll Accountant, you will be at the heart of our financial operations, ensuring payroll accuracy and efficiency while supporting the Finance Team. This role offers the flexibility of remote work with the opportunity to make a global impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and record payroll and general ledger journals.
  • Reconcile payroll liability accounts and manage bank transactions.
  • Handle accruals, prepayment amortizations, and correction of mis-postings.
  • Monitor and report changes in month-end liabilities.
  • Support year-end audits and fiscal reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to resolve queries and enhance processes.
  • Mentor team members and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills & Expertise:

  • Strong knowledge of complex double-entry bookkeeping.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong command of written and spoken business English.
