Automation Engineer

Design and implement automation solutions to streamline EUC operations, reduce manual interventions, and enable self-healing capabilities. Develop automation scripts and workflows using PowerShell, Python, and REST APIs. Integrate automation with Intune, Tanium, ServiceNow, and SysTrack. Implement self-healing mechanisms for device health and performance issues. Automate patching, compliance checks, and telemetry collection. Collaborate with data analysts to trigger automation based on anomaly detection. 5–8 years in automation engineering within EUC or IT operations. ~ Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Python) and automation tools. ~ Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), Tanium, ServiceNow workflows. ~ Familiarity with Citrix, AVD, Windows Update for Business, JAMF. ~ Understanding of device telemetry, compliance policies, and endpoint security.
