Role Summary: Design and implement automation solutions to streamline EUC operations, reduce manual interventions, and enable self-healing capabilities.
Technical Responsibilities:
- Develop automation scripts and workflows using PowerShell, Python, and REST APIs.
- Integrate automation with Intune, Tanium, ServiceNow, and SysTrack.
- Implement self-healing mechanisms for device health and performance issues.
- Automate patching, compliance checks, and telemetry collection.
- Collaborate with data analysts to trigger automation based on anomaly detection.
Technical Requirements:
- 5–8 years in automation engineering within EUC or IT operations.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Python) and automation tools.
- Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), Tanium, ServiceNow workflows.
- Familiarity with Citrix, AVD, Windows Update for Business, JAMF.
- Understanding of device telemetry, compliance policies, and endpoint security.
