As a Residential HVAC Service Technician for DEAR Services, you will have the opportunity to work with your hands and have engaging conversations with clients doing maintenance and service tasks. Work one-on-one with our residential HVAC clients to build and present options that fit our clients' needs, wants, and budget while showing off your craftsmanship! Responsibilities:
- Must have a proven track record of successful HVAC installation or service
- 1+ Year of Residential HVAC Service Experience
- Knowledge of HVAC products and services
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to travel to customer locations as needed
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with a variety of residential HVAC systems, hand/power tools, and trade knowledge
- Comfortable communicating with customers in all types of circumstances
- Positive attitude
- Hardworking
- Must be reliable
- Must have valid driver's license
- Must pass a background check

Compensation:
$25 - $55 /hr DOE Commissions
