Contract Duration: 5 Months (Extendable)
Working Hours: Monday β Thursday: 8.30am β 6pm, Friday: 8.30am β 5.30pm
Basic Salary: $2,390 per month
Responsibilities:
- Promote the use of digital/online services for walk-in residents.
- Assist residents in applying for financial assistance schemes.
- Help them to complete the online application form.
- Help them to prepare and upload required documents onto the portal.
- Explain the need for forms that require their signature and help them to sign the forms digitally, where necessary.
- Check applicantβs record and/or status of application.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
- Possess ability to teach digital skills to residents from various walks of life.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathetic and patient.
- Proactive and self-motivated.
- Ability to speak a vernacular language/dialect would be advantageous.
- Relevant volunteering/working experience in the social service sector, community engagement and/or customer service.
- Immediate starters (No notice period).
