Responsibilities and Qualifications
The Liquidity Solutions Product Manager role is responsible for defining, implementing and managing the Liquidity Solutions product set and strategy. They will own the full lifecycle of the product, including design, execution commercialization and portfolio management. They will partner closely with technology leads to define and create new products and features, document requirements for design and engineering partners, and collaborate with Sales on a go-to-market plan that aligns with business goals. They will also work closely with Operations and the Federation (Risk, Compliance, Controllers etc) to monitor the performance of the products and to measure and manage the risk. The role is heavily focused on new product development, feature enhancement and risk mitigation. Finally, as a product and industry expert, the role supports Sales in training, preparation of thought leadership pieces, preparation of client materials and by accompanying them on complex pitches.
The Team
The Liquidity Solutions product team is responsible for developing innovative cash management solutions including cash concentration, virtual accounts, and notional pooling. We are thought leaders, bringing new ideas and insights to clients to help them achieve a leaner, smarter treasury.
Core Responsibilities:
- Product and feature design
- Documentation of clear user stories and acceptance criteria to collaborate, direct, and inform Design and Technology resources
- Partnership with Engineering on product development
- Product commercialization including go-to-market strategy
- Preparation and maintenance of product guides and training
- Sales and Operations training
- Preparation and maintenance of marketing materials
- Product performance monitoring and management
- Risk identification and management
- Design of solutions to meet client needs
- Attendance at client meetings and pitches
- Acting as subject matter expert in liquidity products and cash management solutions
- Understanding the current liquidity products industry landscape, including current trends
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or military experience
- At least 7 years' experience in Liquidity Product Management or a related role
- Experience in designing, building and rolling out new liquidity products and owning the process from start to finish
- Knowledge of regulatory landscape related to Liquidity
- Understanding of risks and mitigants related to Liquidity products and solutions
- Extremely strong presentation and communication skills
- Team player with ability to collaborate with business and cross-divisional partners
- Self-motivated individual interested in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving organization
- Commitment to excellence and integrity
