🚗 We're Hiring: BMS System Engineer – Validation Focused

👥 Department: Energy Platform Controls – BMS Section

We’re looking for a Battery Management System (BMS) System Engineer to lead our Test Engineering Team with technical insight, precision, and a collaborative mindset.

🛠 What You’ll Do:

✅ Be the technical leader and go-to person for test strategy and execution

✅ Translate system-level requirements into robust, traceable test cases

✅ Collaborate closely with system engineers, software, and hardware teams

✅ Drive test coverage analysis, process improvement, and peer reviews

✅ Help evolve our test tools and automation frameworks

🎓 What You Bring:

⚡ Degree in Electrical/Systems Engineering or similar

⚡ Deep knowledge of BMS architecture (SOC, SOH, thermal, diagnostics)

⚡ Experience with tools like CANoe, Vector, MATLAB/Simulink, Polarion/DOORS

⚡ Strong understanding of ISO 26262 and functional safety

⚡ Excellent team collaboration and communication skills

🌟 Bonus Points:

🔧 5+ years in BMS, automotive, or embedded systems testing

🔧 Python/CAPL scripting, automated testing experience

🔧 ISTQB certification
