This is a permanent, full-time position, working 35 hours a week across 5 days (out of 7). For your dedication, you'll be rewarded with a salary totalling £24,733.80 per year. Could You Be Our Next Retail Shop Champion? We're looking for someone who is truly driven, positively bursting with enthusiasm, and exceptionally skilled at delivering first-class customer service. You'll need to be well-organised with retail administration and have strong management abilities, customer service acumen, and creative flair (for example, designing shop window displays). The ability to remain calm under pressure to achieve targets and ensure our Kirkintilloch shop operates smoothly and efficiently is key.

This role encompasses a diverse range of duties to keep the shop running like clockwork. This includes the physical lifting, pushing, and manual handling of stock and donations, as well as the confident use of both our internal systems and external platforms. You'll need to be comfortable and confident working with computers, as well as with team members and independently.
