The Role

Since our founding in 2010, we have built a reputation as a world-class open-source intelligence (OSINT) company, renowned for providing our clients with granular information through our research and investigations, allowing them to access markets and operate safely with peace of mind in volatile environments. We are looking for a Deputy Intelligence Director to join our diverse team of dedicated and friendly OSINT professionals.

The successful candidate will work to our Intelligence Directors to direct and guide intelligence collection efforts across the business. They will have a small number of direct reports running medium sized teams, which will be geographically or thematically focused in their effort; however specific geographical / topic experience is not required in this role as it is your experience in producing and directing intelligence outputs that we are interested in.

You will be a proven professional in the quality assurance of reporting, and have considerable experience in directing collection, shaping, finalising and disseminating reports – either directly to clients or stakeholders / C-Suite executives.

You will likely have experience of working within or alongside the UK intelligence community and have strong credentials in requirements management and client liaison. OSINT experience would be a significant advantage as will HUMINT collection. You will be a people person with excellent verbal, listening and written communication skills.

As a growing SME business, we seek a candidate that understands that this role has the capacity to grow and change to meet business demands – as we expand to cover new themes. Your experience will be drawn upon to help shape new business lines, collection methodology and reporting types. You will be key in growing and mentoring teams as these opportunities arise.
