Management Accountant

Are you a commercially minded Management Accountant looking to make an impact in a growing business? We are partnering with a successful and ambitious company that is entering an exciting phase of growth. As part of their continued growth, they are seeking to appoint a Management Accountant to support strategic decision-making and enhance financial operations. This is a newly created role, offering the opportunity to shape processes and drive change from the ground up. Key Responsibilities: Prepare monthly management accounts with insightful analysis Develop and maintain project costing and budget tracking Provide variance analysis and commentary for senior leadership Assist with forecasting, cashflow management, and strategic planning Support process improvements and system development as the business grows What We’re Looking For: Qualified or nearly qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) Experience in management accounting, preferably within industry environment. Strong Excel and analytical skills. Proactive, commercially aware, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
