Location: Within commuting distance to Leicester Role Overview: The successful candidate will support the lab’s compliance with ISO17025, assist with audits, and drive improvements in calibration systems and methods. Ideal Candidate: Someone with an engineering background and experience in a similar role. Package £40,000 – £50,000 (depending on experience) Hybrid working Career progression opportunities Bonus scheme 25 days holiday Healthcare Gym membership Free on-site parking Contributory pension Monday to Friday Responsibilities Work closely with the Technical Director and Head of Labs Maintain and audit the Quality Management System (QMS) Support field engineers with calibration knowledge and training Manage calibration artefacts and maintain accurate records Assist with annual UKAS external audits and ISO17025 compliance Contribute to developing new calibration methods and systems Collaborate with engineering, sales, and customer support teams Deliver internal training and serve as a technical contact Be within commuting distance to Leicester laboratory Requirements Understanding of ISO17025 is essential Qualification or degree in an engineering discipline (e.g., Metrology, Optical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering) is advantageous but not mandatory Must be within commuting distance to Leicester #J-18808-Ljbffr
