Experience documenting workflows, system processes, and collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand their business needs and requirements, and translate them into clear and concise business requirements to be built by the engineering team.
Create technical specifications, feed specifications, API specifications and data models.
Experience in data migration, transformation, ETL processes and APIs.
Create as-is and to-be state dataflows using UMLs or data flow diagrams.
Create source to target mapping including transformation logic/business rules for complex scenarios.
SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
Experience in improving the data quality through profiling and rule implementation. Ability to measure improvements in quality and identify the value that delivers.
Understanding of data controls (data lineage, data retention, remediation, quality, management etc.).
Experience working in agile teams and familiarity with scrum ceremonies.
Ability to communicate complex data findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
User stories - Creation, capturing acceptance criteria, validating Functional Test scenarios in JIRA and experience using Confluence.
Experience in leveraging Data led Customer transformation.
Experience in Banking domain.
