About the Role
- Within the position of Cleaning Supervisor, you will be working as part of the Workplace Experience Team, curating a workplace environment that increases well-being, productivity and enhances company culture that our end users want to be a part of.
- Lead and support the cleaning team in delivering high-quality housekeeping services at a busy client office.
- Manage rotas, schedules, employee cover, and ensure consistent service through effective planning.
- Oversee cleaning standards, equipment, supplies, and compliance with health & safety policies.
- Drive continuous improvement by introducing best practices and managing periodic specialist cleans.
About You
- As the Cleaning Supervisor, you will drive a key part of the customer touchpoint journey, as an ambassador of exceptional customer service for ISS Livv and its clients.
- Proven leadership in cleaning operations, with management experience.
- Experienced in high-pressure, fast-paced office or commercial environment.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail, time management, and task prioritisation.
- Flexible, self-motivated, and calm under pressure with a BICSc qualification preferred.
Working Hours
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Shift Times: 1.00PM to 10.00 PM
