- Demonstrate proven ability to manage customer relationships effectively through interaction from time to time at the C-Level.
- Are experienced in maintaining and delivering against structured customer account plans.
- Excel at prioritising tasks and managing multiple activities simultaneously.
- Are fluent in French (spoken and written). This will be considered a significant advantage; additional language skills are a bonus, and we’d love to hear about them.
You’ll get extra points for…
- Experience working in the gaming industry on either the supplier or operational side.
- Familiarity with software implementation or customer onboarding processes.
- Experience using CRM systems and data-driven customer engagement.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including reporting and presenting to senior stakeholders.
