Stow Vets in Gloucestershire are recruiting! We are looking to hire a new Veterinary Surgeon to join our dedicated team. This could be the perfect position for someone looking to take the next step in their career and join at a senior level, or we could support a vet who is early in their career.
We have a lovely purpose-built practice with a team of 3, including 6+ year vets and 0-5 year graduated vets. We carry out our own OOH at the practice, which is fantastic for following cases from start to finish, but if OOH isn't for you, that's not a problem!
As a team, we love to support each other both in and out of work, and we regularly have team lunches, BBQs, and camping weekends. We also support our local Blue Cross Centre, helping with neutering, dentals, etc., which is ideal for those seeking more experience in these areas.
Ideally, this is a full-time role working a 4-day week, with a share of Saturday and on-call rota. This is a great opportunity to develop a long-term career within our large national group, where further opportunities arise. We want our staff to develop and progress, and our practices will do the same.
We are based in the beautiful Cotswolds, full of picturesque villages and thriving towns. We also have excellent railway links to London and Bristol! Additionally, accommodation is available at the practice for those relocating and looking for somewhere to stay while settling into the area.
