As Factory General Manager, you will report directly to the Group Operations Manager and take full responsibility for site leadership, operational performance, and strategic growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leadership & Culture: Drive a high-performance culture, embedding company values and fostering a positive, engaged workforce.
- Operational Excellence: Implement and monitor key performance metrics to ensure sustained improvements in efficiency, quality, and output.
- Capital & Growth Strategy: Define long-term investment requirements to support continued business expansion.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead site-wide initiatives to enhance processes, reduce waste, and maximise productivity.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver strategic projects aligned with business goals.
