Responsibilities

1. Work within the Algo Trading team, responsible for the day-to-day risk management of the Global Markets Algo platform.
2. Collaborate with quants to build, analyze, maintain, and manage reports for monitoring and improving client algo performance.
3. Develop expertise in the platform to understand Algorithmic behaviour.
4. Gain knowledge of market microstructure and exchange side products.
5. Follow regulations, compliance policies, desk policies, limits, and guidelines.
6. Engage with stakeholders, including clients and technology teams, to develop product requirements and design specifications.

Location

London, within UBS’s Electronic Trading business, delivering execution services to institutional clients.

Required Skills and Experience

1. Preferably 2+ years’ experience in a Front Office environment.
2. Organized, thorough, and methodical problem-solving approach.
3. Proficient in using data to influence decision-making.
4. Highly motivated, inquisitive, and organized.
5. Ability to remain calm under pressure.
6. Strong interpersonal skills and passion for client service.
7. Experience with coding is advantageous but not required.
8. Experience working collaboratively with teams.
9. Interest or knowledge in Electronic Trading.
