Thrive Group is seeking Production Operatives & Packers to join an expanding team at one of their clients in Frome, Somerset.
Shifts Available:
- 0600-1400 - £12.25ph
- 1400-2200 - £12.75ph
- 2200-0600 - £13.25ph
Main responsibilities include:
- Heavy lifting involved
- Operating in a fast-paced food production environment
- Completing Quality Inspections to meet quality standards
- Following operational procedures and client specifications
- Adhering to Health and Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices
- Working effectively as part of a team
- Demonstrating willingness to learn and improve
- Proposing improvements to Line Coordinators and managers
