ERM, the world\’s largest pure play sustainability consultancy, is seeking a talented Stakeholder Manager in Capital Project Delivery. You will be at the Managing Consultant level, positioned between Senior and Principal Consultant. Hybrid working options are available from any of our 16 UK offices, with the preferred locations being Manchester, Bristol, or London. Responsibilities Manage stakeholder engagement programs on DCO infrastructure projects, including scope and budget. Assist in managing Impact Assessments such as Environmental, Community, Socio-Economic, and Health Impact Assessments. Collaborate with the Capital Project Delivery team, including Project Managers, EIA managers, and Planners, to ensure compliance with consenting requirements. Lead stakeholder engagement with clients and advise on consultation activities. Prepare reports and materials to support engagement and consultation, including plans, materials, and summary reports. Engage with stakeholders across local authorities, government agencies, statutory, and non-statutory bodies. Contribute to business development through proposals, client presentations, and marketing initiatives. Essential Skills Degree in Environmental, EIA, Planning, Sustainability, or ESG-related discipline. Experience with UK Infrastructure Projects and Impact Assessments. Knowledge of UK planning regimes, including TCPA and DCO processes. Experience working within a consultancy environment. Strong project management skills, including scope and budget management. Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, comfortable with diverse audiences, including community meetings. Proven report writing and presentation skills. Research, analytical, interpersonal skills, and meticulous attention to detail. Why Join ERM?
