We’re partnering with a leading organisation to recruit a HR Data Analyst to help shape the people strategy through analytics and reporting.
In this key role, you’ll partner with the HR team and senior stakeholders to deliver Insight and Analytics on people data, alongside identifying and making recommendations on how to improve data integrity, drive employee engagement, performance, and organisational growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analyze HR data to uncover trends and insights that inform decision-making.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to develop dashboards and a BAU reporting plan
- Work with wider teams to educate and ensure that internal colleagues are able to self-enable their data and MI requirements
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across HR systems.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement through data-driven recommendations.
- Maintain a comprehensive overview of all ongoing projects, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Key experience required:
- Strong experience in HR data analysis
- Good understanding of Calculated Fields within HRIS systems
- Experience with Data Mapping activities between various systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex HR data insights in a clear, actionable way.
