Job Title: Customer Service Representative IMMEDIATE START AVAILABLE Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will handle inbound customer calls, address inquiries, and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Handle high volumes of inbound customer calls in a professional manner Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns effectively Build and maintain positive relationships with customers Document customer interactions and track relevant data Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer experience Stay informed about company products, policies, and procedures Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in a customer service role Strong verbal and communication skills Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Proficiency in using computers and various software applications Dependable, punctual, and adaptable This role is for immediate start and on a temporary basis. Working hours are full time over a 5 day week, including weekend working.
