Employee Benefits Consultant
We are currently partnered with a large employee benefits consultancy that are looking to recruit within their group risk division due to ongoing expansion with their team.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of Group Risk clients, supporting them through their renewal cycle
- Actively seek out new business opportunities through the use of leads from the PMI team and through own self-generation
- Take full ownership of your portfolio from administration to up selling across the wider business
Essential Criteria:
- Must have prior Group Risk experience
- Ability to build strong relationships with both clients and the wider team
- To be able to work independently to hit your targets but to also be a team player
