Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Diary management for the CEO of JDâs Outdoors Estate.
- General administrative duties for the CEO, including typing, filing, etc.
- Managing all UK and international travel arrangements as required.
- Maintaining holiday requests and staff absences records.
- Monitoring all cost centre charges, ensuring accuracy and correct allocation.
- Booking meetings both internally and externally.
- Organizing new employee stationary and equipment, such as laptops, phones, and PCs.
- Ensuring staff expenses are recorded and submitted promptly.
- Ordering and returning foreign currency for overseas travel.
- Managing DHL orders and distribution to relevant teams.
- Serving as the main contact for IT and maintenance queries.
- Distributing invoices to the accounts department for proper allocation.
- Handling email and phone queries from customers and suppliers.
- Providing cover for other PAs when necessary.
Skills, Experience, and Knowledge Needed:
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite â Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in a similar role is advantageous.
- Experience working with Directors/Senior Management is beneficial but not essential.
- Willingness to develop internal and external working relationships.
