As the Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business acquisition through organic and paid search channels.   • Manage and optimise PPC campaigns, focusing on performance, reporting, and cost management.
  • Plan and execute SEO workstreams, driving continuous improvement and aligning with commercial priorities.
  • Maintain and expand the existing affiliate marketing footprint.

Strong understanding of core SEM disciplines, including PPC and SEO campaign management. Commercial/financial awareness. Strong numeracy and digital analytics skills, with proficiency in tools like Excel, Looker Studio, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, SA360, and AWIN. Marketing experience in a regulated industry such as finance.
