Senior Array Cables Offshore Logistics & Termination Engineer Join a transformative project: the worldβs largest windfarm under construction. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a tangible impact on the renewable energy sector. We are seeking an Offshore Logistics and Termination Coordinator who will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless alignment and execution of offshore termination and logistical activities. This role involves managing interfaces between contractors, ensuring safe working environments offshore, implementing lessons learned, and coordinating complex logistics. Duration: 03-Feb-2025 to 31-Jan-2026 Key Responsibilities: Align interfaces between Construction (CON) Package, Export Cable Supply & Termination (ECS+T), and Array Cable Supply & Termination (ACS+T) Contractors. Oversee maritime logistics for Array and Export Cable Contractors as per contracts. Maintain a safe working environment offshore and ensure implementation and registration of lessons learned. Define package requirements for tendering maritime logistics and ensure alignment with offshore works. Coordinate load-out activities, ensuring compliance with the project schedule and technical requirements. Manage logistics for accessory deliveries between warehouse and construction sites, including Offshore Substations and Transition Joint Bays. Lead and organize supervisor/client representative teams, including rotation schedules and onboarding. Review logistics, installation manuals, and site acceptance test (SAT) documents for compliance. Organize and chair regular logistical interface meetings with contractors and stakeholders. Support offshore mobilization of personnel, equipment, and vessels.
