About The Role: The Systems Thinking Team Partnership transforms service delivery across Network Rail and the industry, focusing on systemic solutions to major challenges. The role involves working on the 21st Century Maintenance programme, which impacts the entire national Maintenance organization responsible for infrastructure upkeep.
