Our client is seeking a Financial Services Administrator to work supporting their financial planners and directors. This role includes ensuring all information is accurate, updated and to help support the financial planners with their administrative workload. You will enjoy hybrid working (ability to work from multiple offices), free parking, qualifications all paid for up to chartered level, career progression, 30 days holiday plus bank holidays and much more!
Duties:
- Prepare and compile documents to create accurate client review packs and verification packs as needed.
- Deliver precise and timely information while coordinating with providers and third parties as required.
- Maintain a clear audit trail for all client records, ensuring documents are correctly saved and named.
- Keep Financial Planners and team members informed of progress, escalating any concerns or complaints.
- Hold weekly review meetings with Financial Planners to discuss priorities and any arising issues.
- Assist Financial Planners in client meetings by presenting relevant sections, such as cashflow, when appropriate and approved by a line manager (2-3 times per year).
- Conduct pre- and post-meeting reviews, delegating tasks to team support when appropriate.
- Ensure meeting notes are issued within two weeks and that all actions are completed.
- Mentor and support junior team members, enabling them to take on tasks that contribute to team efficiency and enhance client service.
Requirements:
- Experience from a financial services business in administration is essential.
- Degree is desirable.
- Experience dealing with documents that require a high attention to detail.
