Location: Edinburgh/Wythall/Telford – hybrid role with expectations to be in Edinburgh office when required for team work

Salary and benefits: Salary range £35,000 - £50,000 plus 8% bonus up to 16%, private medical cover, 38 days annual leave, excellent pension, 12x salary life assurance, career breaks, income protection, 3x volunteering days, and more.

We have an incredible opportunity to join Phoenix Group as a Digital Manager within our Customer Digital team.

The role:

  • Work closely with the Product Owner within a cross-functional agile team supporting the online Customer Platform and Mobile App.
  • Understand customer needs through feedback, data analytics, and insights to optimize their online experience.
  • Collaborate with User Experience teams to create customer-centric designs.
  • Support all stages of the delivery process, including refining requirements, managing content approval, and participating in agile ceremonies.
  • Contribute to larger-scale projects and smaller incremental improvements to online features.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in designing and implementing customer experience improvements, with a passion for customer-centricity.
  • Experience with digital change and understanding of agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences—from developers to business leaders.
  • Confident decision-making skills, balancing customer outcomes with delivery speed.
