Location – North East & Scotland

Employed by Beauty Works; this role will focus on the sale of Bellami Products. A flagship brand within the Group.

The Field Sales Account Executive Bellami – North is responsible for the development of the hair extensions business in an assigned territory. You will be the company’s first outside point of contact with Salon Professionals and Stylists. As an expert in hair extensions (training provided however previous experience is advantageous), you will be an asset to the Salon Professional in regard to products, colour selection, and installation technique. With aggressive sales targets established, you will be a champion of the company’s initiatives to engage, educate, and build a robust professional extensions business for the Stylists and Salons in your market.

Responsibilities:

  • Sell BELLAMI Professional products, including hair extensions, tools, and Education classes to eligible stylists and cosmetology students.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets as assigned by the company.
  • Be an indispensable resource to the professional hairdressing community by offering your guidance and education on the company’s products, speaking fluently with salons and stylists about colour selection, product type, and installation techniques.
  • Work in field conducting prospect appointments with salon professionals, and in support of certification classes, to promote the benefits of BELLAMI Professional Hair.
  • Be fluent in the use of Social Media to attract, engage, and convert customers, utilizing different platforms to communicate with customers and with BELLAMI teams.
  • Use our CRM program to track, manage, and grow existing accounts.
  • Project and protect the image of the brand through personal style, and by providing excellent customer service.
  • Travel within region for both sales and education programs.
  • Work independently with excellent planning, prioritization and organizational skills.
  • Constantly evaluate sales results and revise tactics based on successes and challenges.

Experience Requirements:

  • 3-5 years experience within the professional beauty industry as a sales professional, with strong knowledge of hair extensions, is advantageous
  • Strong sales background in retail
  • Truly excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A valid driver\’s license with a solid driving record
  • Proven track record of success as a sales professional
