Compensation:
- Guaranteed basic salary complemented by an uncapped commission scheme.
- Successful agents during the first year can typically earn between ÂŁ40k and ÂŁ50k and can even reach +ÂŁ60k.

What You Will Be Doing:
- Pitching our product & services to warm leads to generate new sales
- Understand potential customers' needs through specific questions to generate qualified bookings and provide tailor-made quotations to generate new sales
- Establish and build rapport developing great customer service
- Accurately update the customer and sales database in our tracking system
About You:
- You have previous call centre, customer service or sales experience in a B2C environment
- You feel very comfortable dialling, persuading and closing sales
- You are self-confident, customer-focused and a results-oriented person
- You enjoy learning in a dynamic and challenging environment
- You have excellent communication skills providing effective solutions to our customer’s needs
