DWF's Insurance team in Scotland is looking to recruit a Paralegal to work in our award-winning counter-fraud team. The successful applicant will act for household name insurers and provide high-quality advice on defending a wide range of pre-litigation personal injury claims where fraud is suspected. The role can be based in either our Edinburgh or Glasgow offices.
Responsibilities
- You will manage a diverse caseload for insurers of suspected fraudulent motor claims, from inception to resolution.
- Duties include conducting investigations, gathering evidence, interviewing witnesses, and researching to support legal strategies and case development.

- Previous Paralegal experience working on personal injury or motor claims.
