Based in the Stroke department, your role will focus on early patient identification for research studies. We seek a compassionate, accountable individual committed to delivering excellence and respectful treatment to colleagues, patients, and service users. Main Duties Manage and coordinate stroke clinical research studies within a multidisciplinary team. Your responsibilities include recruiting patients, supporting and educating them during studies, collecting and documenting accurate data, and setting up new studies in collaboration with the R&I department, ensuring compliance with all regulations including ICH GCP guidelines. Person Specification Knowledge and Experience Post registration experience in a Stroke clinical environment Ability to undertake nursing duties independently Clinical skills and knowledge supported by theory Proven team leadership experience Qualifications & Training First level Adult Nursing – NMC registration Minimum 2 years nursing practice in Stroke Teaching qualification (ENB 998 and/or C&G 730) or equivalent Evidence of CPD Personal Attributes & Skills Effective team working and independent working skills Initiative and workload organization skills Important Notes Use of AI in application writing should be personalized; do not rely solely on AI-generated content.
