Overview
Starting rate $24.00/hour*
Promote the values, dreams, and potential of individuals with developmental disabilities through education and meaningful activities.
Minimum Education Required
High School Diploma/GED
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate knowledge of, and commitment to, agency mission and values.
- Develop meaningful community schedules focusing on individual choices and preferences.
- Work one-on-one for a minimum of 3 hours with clients in their local community.
- Think creatively to engage clients and help them try new opportunities.
- Source volunteer opportunities.
- Assist clients with scheduling, effective communication, and skill development.
- Pick clients up from their homes and work on their goals while accessing the community.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Associates degree preferred.
