Scope of work:

  • Technicians should have either site/data center knowledge or certifications to handle network tasks and wireless Access Point installation at height.
  • These technicians must have basic network knowledge to work as a local support instance for remote resolver groups or to work on detailed described service requests mentioned under the scope section.

Requirements for Site Survey Engineer:

  • Should have at least 3-4 years of experience in conducting physical and active wireless surveys, and also preparing reports.
  • Should carry his own laptop with survey tool.
  • Should be proficient in English and local language in respective countries.
  • Should have necessary health and safety certifications applicable in respective countries.
  • Should have safety gears based on requirement (Helmet, Goggles, Safety Shoes, reflective jacket etc.).
  • Should have license to work at heights based on local legal requirements.
  • Should carry hotspot or mobile with data pack and will not depend on internet from client to provide remote access.
  • Should have experience in identifying and installation of various types of passive cables and SFPs.
  • L1 knowledge of network configuration and troubleshooting will be an added advantage.
