The Investment Operations Process Oversight team ensures the accuracy and reliability of data across global accounting platforms for valuation and performance reporting. As a manager, you will work closely with the Global Head of Operations Oversight to align regional processes, drive efficiency, and support business objectives. This role plays a key part in collaborating with cross-functional and global teams, overseeing workflows, managing risks, and developing people.

You will provide leadership to ensure robust quality control, timely delivery of reports, resolution of escalations, and compliance with internal controls. The role also involves supporting technology upgrades, process innovation, and continuous improvement across regional teams.

  • Manage daily operations and oversee global task allocations to meet deadlines and service standards.
  • Lead a regional team, ensuring alignment with global objectives, while supporting career development and performance growth.
  • Supervise quality checks using platforms such as Aladdin, ensuring workflows are monitored and escalations are handled effectively.
  • Coordinate cross-regional task transitions, ensuring clarity and accuracy during handovers.
  • Monitor service-level agreements (SLAs) across platforms and functions, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of monthly valuation and accounting reports.
  • Resolve process-related queries and ensure escalation protocols are followed.
  • Support internal audits, compliance activities, and risk documentation.
  • Implement changes in operational practices that enhance performance and minimize risk.
  • Drive continuous improvements in processes and systems by identifying automation opportunities and training needs.
  • Collaborate with upstream and downstream teams to enhance data quality and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare and manage MIS and KPI reports related to accounting operations.
  • Serve as the key contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding operational escalations and initiatives.
