The Investment Operations Process Oversight team ensures the accuracy and reliability of data across global accounting platforms for valuation and performance reporting. As a manager, you will work closely with the Global Head of Operations Oversight to align regional processes, drive efficiency, and support business objectives. This role plays a key part in collaborating with cross-functional and global teams, overseeing workflows, managing risks, and developing people.
You will provide leadership to ensure robust quality control, timely delivery of reports, resolution of escalations, and compliance with internal controls. The role also involves supporting technology upgrades, process innovation, and continuous improvement across regional teams.
